On Wednesday April 2^nd, the Galician Confederation of Employers (CEG) will hold the Training Workshop on Multilateral Tenders: ‘The award contract and its execution. Technical and economic aspects to consider’ organised by the International Tenders Service SALT of the CEG in collaboration with the Galician Institute of Economic Promotion (IGAPE) and Karine Brück International, a consulting firm specialized in the internationalisation of companies through international tenders, with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.

This eminently practical workshop (in person and online) is aimed at all those companies of the Galician business network interested in being successful in multilateral calls for proposals.

The content of the workshop includes:

• Provisional Award Letter: Review of required documents for contract awarding, including the management of guarantees in contracts with the World Bank, the EU, and the United Nations.
• Award Contract Characteristics: Understanding contract structure, document hierarchy in international tenders, and key clauses.
• Negotiation or direct signing with Development Banks, the EU, and the United Nations.
• Contract Execution: Development of an efficient execution plan including activity schedules, cost tables, and budget monitoring. Identification of deviations and application of corrective measures. Strategies for managing contract modifications and project suspensions.
• Commissioning and Final Delivery: Verification procedures and signing of partial, provisional, and final acceptance certificates.
• Practical Cases.

• Once the workshop has concluded, the speaker will be at the disposal of the companies that wish a specific face-to-face interaction, organizing a small agenda of coaching in this sense.
