The webinar “Changes in the EU External Actions Procurement: PRAG 2025” will be held on May 8th. This webinar is organized by the European Commission – Directorate-General for International Partnerships (INTPA – DG International Partnerships), together with various permanent representations and trade agencies from member countries. The online event will bring together European experts and officials to discuss the latest developments in external action procurement procedures under the new PRAG 2025 (Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions).

This event is organized with the support of numerous permanent representations of EU Member States and trade promotion agencies, such as Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI), ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), among others.

With PRAG 2025, the European Commission seeks to modernize and streamline the procurement process for its external actions, strengthening transparency, efficiency, and access to European funds for new entities.
